I got some interesting data from a vet in the Northern Territory who had conducted swabs on the dogs and donkeys on one of the aboriginal communities out back of Alice Springs (ie in the middle of the western desert, in the middle of nowhere, 300 km from the nearest police station)
Both dog and donkey swabs came back positive to human STD's.
So twitchy equines are twitchy for a reason...
