Serious The in your 20's generation

"What is happening to our young people? They disrespect their elders, they disobey their parents. They ignore the law. They riot in the streets, inflamed with wild notions." -- Socrates
Ye we keep doing the same shit over and over again. It’s the human condition. We are just lucky enough to be alive during the “end times” phase of it.

Na, Injection Blow Moulding.

Manufacturing has me burned out after 17 years but obviously it effects everyone differently. Some people are workaholics who truly love the industry and therefore can't be bent. There's also your family man who has too much to lose and too many who depend on him so he's stuck. I find most people start looking for answers in a bottle, their personal relationships suffer or they go completely numb. Hope none of that stuff happens to you sir.

"These dang kids spend 40 hour weeks in a factory and not working the horse and plough in the sun 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. So lazy" - Some civil war vet one time

The way things are headed the work week will one day be 32 hours, and yes, I will complain about it. :lulz:

I'm 25 and I provide for the family, I think living in a tough situation will teach you to count on your own and work even in minimum wage to cover basic stuff, and especially if someone of the family is sick and you have no income.
They are just spoiled and lack of determination, just cut the Wifi and they will get their asses up today or tomorrow.
You my friend are the hope for the future.

When you get to be in a position of power you and your ilk must crush those still on the wifi tit...

And those with 'complex' gender issues.

Read up on Weimar Germany in the 1920's and how they cleaned the streets in 1933 for clues... and best of luck!

"Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honor thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with promise) That it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest live long on earth. And ye, fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in instruction and information of the Lord."

Ephesians 6:1-4

I need to have a moan about people in their 20's. I'm in my 50's and I know I was bought up in a different generation but jesus what a pathetic age group this is right now.

A. They call in sick for the most ridiculous reasons
B. They want top wages ileven at that young age
C. They have to have a day off every week
D. Want lots of time off to do nice things
E. Want everything paid for with regular fun times

Or they throw a fit and leave, I'm sorry if you're reading this and you're in your 20s but you're pathetic
Pussification teachings of Latter Day Saints

My son leaves the house at 6am to get the train into London, then gets back at 6.30pm and his wages just cover his travel, he’s 27, and the days off he has is mainly train strikes, where he works from home,
So not all of them
He works 12.5 hrs just to pay for a train ride back n forth to work? Something ain’t adding up here

Where I work there is a workforce of 15 most in their 20s and 30s and not a week goes by where there is a full workforce there. I am almost 68 and in 7 years have never taken a day off. Through my own choice I only work half days now.
