Is probably the Clint Eastwood vehicle HIGH PLAINS DRIFTER. Gritty as sin. Really took the Old West myth by its legs and dragged it thru the quicksand. Closer to I Spit On Your Grave in spirit than something like Stagecoach.

John Wayne fucking hated this film.
