No joists to hold the weight of that floor. Acrose props would have helped, but the weight of the concrete would have stopped anyone trying to remove them afterwards. 3rd world building is still in its infancy by the looks of it...

It's acrow props. And they're adjustable. With the column/lintel system, you don't need joists. The absence of rebar is worrying though, and the formwork is shocking. It's provided us much entertainment in the last few years, watching the darkies trying to build by themselves. Plenty of collapses happening lately
