Intent and threat. They can still get you if you clearly want to hurt people, even if you don't have a knife in hand, especially if you're caught doing some felony. Violent nigger going to violent nigger.

Before 1985, in the US, you could even just shoot someone you know has committed a felon, at any point, if they try to run and they haven't said anything or threatened anyone and clearly have no weapons. I wish they'd bring that back and watch niggers suddenly turn themselves in if they have a prior felony instead of trying to run for it every single time.
