This guy is protesting what he doesn’t get to sniff often enough.
The nude use of bicycles highlights a method of increasing his ability to sniff them. Sadly it only allows second hand odours arising from the saddle to be inhaled, but that’s close enough for him. The dirty bastard 😂.
