The driver is absolutely right. He's not acting irrationally, he's acting accordingly to the nonsense being presented to him. He's pulled over for speeding which means he should get a speeding ticket as a consequence. Instead the fucking cop has pepper spray and a taser in his face. He should turn in his badge and uniform.

if a cop asks you to step out of the car,its your right to ask "am i being arrested?" if he says no,then you dont have to get out of the car. its your right,and its just that simple. and if the cop asks to search your car,and you ask if he has probable cause and he says no,then again,your right. you tell him no. those are your rights. by people saying shit about this guy not "complying",arent looking at the whole picture. cops WANT you to get out the vehicle without hesitation. because then soon that will be the "norm". before you know it,those rights you have to question the cop,will no longer exist.
