Serious Three years left to limit warming to 1.5C, leading scientists warn

That’s because science is constantly adjusted to new evidence. Unlike religion, science is open to being wrong and actually it invites it. I hope you aren’t the voting type.
Science doesn't drastically change in a period of 10 years. (80s-90s)

Fuck you Greta, if you're so worried about the climate, get off the internet and out of your comfort zone and go to the middle of nowhere.

Yea let’s not look at that. It causes no harm to the environment. But ICE vehicles do! Not to be confused with ICE grabbing illegals
actually, second-gen catalytic converters completely solved that problem

modern ICE vehicles emit almost no (as in zero) pollutants...i read you can even breathe it with no harm effects

why do you think TPTB began including CO2 as a "pollutant"? I suppose every human is a pollutant machine now, ready to be controlled.

EPA is a bunch of fuckstick tree huggers that make shit up. But no worries. Electric vehicles never put off pollution. Especially when and how they’re produced.

Let’s not look at wind farms

Then I'd say this is environmental scaremongering.
Why should I be this fucking hot if they are that cold?
It just doesn't make sense.
hope this helps

Did you really just say that science doesn’t change in 10 years?! LMFAO oh man go read a book you stale soggy tart

Trust the science right? :toocool:

Just gobble that garbage up like it’s Friday night steak. You fucking sheep

1969: “Everyone Will Disappear in a Cloud of Blue Steam by 1989”

falsely attributed to Paul Ehrlich.

REALITY No credible source or scientist ever said this. It’s a satirical line used to mock environmental alarmism

1989: “New York City’s West Side Highway Underwater by 2019 (it’s not)” A misrepresentation of a 1988 New York Times interview with NASA scientist James Hansen.

FACT CHECK (you dumbass) Hansen speculated about possible futures in the absence of emissions controls. He never claimed certainty, and the quote has been heavily taken out of context.

2004: “Britain Will Be Siberia by 2024”

Misquote of a Pentagon commissioned report discussing hypothetical worst case climate scenarios.

READ A BOOK: It was a scenario, not a prediction. The report said Britain could face Siberia like winters if ocean currents shifted, not a forecast for 2024.

1988: “Maldives Islands Will Be Underwater by 2018”

STOP FOLLOWING BLINDLY you fucking hillbilly: Some Maldivian officials warned of existential risk due to sea level rise, but no scientific consensus or peer reviewed study declared a deadline of 2018. It’s a politicized paraphrase of environmental concern.

Do the entire list faggot don't skip any steps

Climate change has existed since the Earth had an atmosphere. When I was in school decades ago, people said that we would face a new ice age at the beginning of the millennium. Now they have changed the narrative and say that we will roast.

The Earth is closer to the sun and this affects temperatures. One day it will be further away from the sun again, causing a new ice age.

I am not against the idea of mitigating pollution, but at least they should be honest about what is really happening.

I live by the coast and there are no differences worth mentioning. In fact, there are more and more animals, such as dolphins and orcas, since the waters have become cleaner, which is good.
You're right. The climate has always been changing but what's important to note is the speed. Human-caused climate change is notoriously fast. We have several decades of data and science on this.

And the next ice age has been delayed by tens of thousands of years (if current CO2 levels persist; about a decade of research on this too).
