plus buying a spare tire. an actual size tire.I blew a rear tire on my truck a few years ago way out in the backwoods of Florida (roughly fifty or sixty miles from any sort of civilization) I put the spare on and started back to town and the spare blew because it was dry rotted. I called a tow truck and they said it would be $600 bucks for the tow and it would take them about five hours to get there. So I said fuck it and drove it back into town going 20mph the whole way. Thankfully it was ninety percent dirt roads, but it still fucked my rim up,which was only two hundred bucks and the new tire was a hundred. So I saved three hundred dollars technically.
Yea I forgot about that. I did get one but I went to a used tired place for it and only paid fifty bucks. So I saved $250 not $300plus buying a spare tire. an actual size tire.
you did replace the spare,right?
thank god for places like that. i had to do it with my car. got a flat. used that gay fucking donut for a day and went to a place and got a almost new tire for like 25 bux. mounted and balanced was another 10.Yea I forgot about that. I did get one but I went to a used tired place for it and only paid fifty bucks. So I saved $250 not $300
