Arrested for "mutual assault"? That's lame as fuck. Mutual combat is perfectly legal where I live as long as both parties agreed and no weapons are used. Hell, I've had a cop witness a fight between me and a man who is my friend now. We ASKED him to witness the scuffle to prevent any legal claims by any other onlookers. Different world, I guess.
