Serious Unlocking Your Androids Potential, As well As Budgeted Gaming Phone Deal (USA)

So I was at WalMart in USA, New York earlier and I was looking for a new phone and running specs for at least an hour comparing phones I wanted to buy within price reason to see if any of these new 2024 or 2025 or even 3's for that matter packed a punch for a good price, for gaming. Because I have conditioned myself to horrendous crutches to cope with life that have destroyed my entire being and relationships and I find my little solace in mobile gaming on PubG now on my down time. Anyway and I'm sure this is an American thing in general now, Straight Talk has the MOTO G POWER 5G that has incredible specs for a 100$ phone that is currently free with a purchase of a $55 dollar plan. It has a 120hz refresh rate with 8g ram you can push to 16g and an excellent processor for 55$. Highly recommended phone.

For those that don't know, Android devices are default programmed for general use but can be modified without jailbreaking or rooting the phone with a simple trick to tailor it more towards a desired feild. Depending on the make and model, Go to Settings, About Phone, Scroll down to Software or "Build Number" press on it once, nothing happens.. press it a bunch of times totalling 7 or 8 and all the sudden you'll see appear "You Are Now A Developer" after, back a page to Settings again, but this time go to "System" a new feature will appear "Developer Options" this aspect of the phone and the options are hidden because if you don't know what you're doing you can damage your device. Or you can turn a low-end device into its fullest potential, by tailoring it to be suited for gaming. When you scroll down some have gaming mode turn it on, if not scroll down until you see logger buffer size, change it to either 8m or 16m again scroll down until you see window animation, either set it to 5 or none this will increase the speed from page to page as well as improving gameplay. Scroll down until you see Force four times msaa, turn it on. You will also see an option for graphics preferences go into it find a game and select the graphics preference from default .. what else am I forgetting.... Mmmh, oh yes, you'll see "running services" change it to zero now this does not mean that you can only run one thing what it means is when you're running one thing other things are not sucking up data or resource in the background. You can still do multitasking and get text messages while you're doing other stuff.

You know something I noticed helping other people I know that mobile game but have lower end devices with not unlimited talk text and data if you haven't a data restricted plan and you unlock your phone the option is always on for "Keep Mobile Data On Over Wifi" but when you have unlimited talk text and data it's default off... F***** up. Anyway, I will post a link to the Moto G5 g specs as well as a tutorial video from YouTube explaining developer options more thoroughly. Keep in mind it's not just from gaming you can really tailor your phone if it's cheap to be better. I hope if you're reading this you're operating within the best capacity of yourself and that your family as well as yourself are healthy and happy. ✌️ And ❤️

oh yeah... If you game go on the Play store and download netguard with this does is it allows you to cut data to other apps so you can focus all your data into one app or game. Also for a lower end devices on the Play store download gfx tool or gaming mode and this will further tailor your device to be better suited for a high end game on a low end device. Now by no means the phone I'm talking about Moto g power 5G is a low end phone you kind of just mixing it up with help and advice.

Wow I didn't know that, no shit. Thanks. That's interesting too I'm gonna look into that and study more.. I remember when I was in high school. I went to vocational School at the same time for computer networking and we used Linux kernel-based system was actually quite interesting because there's really no viruses for it. Now a days may be different that was what 9 or 10 years ago..

Linux is generally virus free, malware free, updated daily for free, has live chat tech support for free, and rarely needs a driver manually installed.

The OS will install on just about any PC, and with a digital footprint 1/20th the size of Windows or iOS, it runs incredibly smooth and fast.

That is notable, I really just gave up Linux after school but you really inspired me again because I remember the way my teacher loved it and taught us on it. It's not generic, but It really is a gem in the rough . Oh yeah KITT check this out bro. I remember listening to Coast To Coast AM one night and they were talking about this. It is a fascinating story, what he did, how he almost destroyed Linux and how he got caught. I'm sure there is a YouTube mini on him.

Yep, they intercept and isolate nefarious activity incredibly quickly. That's the beauty of open source, tens -maybe hundreds- of thousands volunteers worldwide are constantly checking and verifying everything.

What I really like is if shit goes bad (it hasn't yet) the TimeShift feature allows you to roll back the entire operating system to previous saved checkpoints. Similar to Windows system restore, except it actually works. 🤣

And Coast To Coast is great! George Knapp still? I used to listen to them the day after they aired on YouTube but now they get removed very quickly.

I should check Archive.org....

Honestly I have absolutely no clue what 90% of the stuff my phone does. I've often wondered if it's just a "me" thing but I see people working their phones like a genius while I'm out here wondering where in the FUCK my saved picture went !
There's an old saying among us computer nerds that goes something like "it's impossible to break a computer just by pressing buttons unless you're an elephant."

With that said, there's plenty of easy to follow tutorials on YouTube that can teach you more about your devices. If people realized just how easy it is to tweak, improve, mod and customize something as common as their phones, they'd save themselves a lot of headaches and money over time.

I've seen people with $1000 phones that are sluggish and slow simply because their RAM is being overused, or they have too many apps running in the background and it bogs down the processors.

Here's your first free tip: Completely shut down your phone and then start it back up again EVERY DAY.

Your second free tip: Most android phones allow you to designate some of your external storage (those tiny little cards you install to store more porn) space to function as RAM (random access memory.) It improves general performance quite a bit. To do this on most Androids:

Go to SETTINGS> DEVICE CARE> MEMORY> RAM PLUS

Should look like this:

If you have a memory card that's larger than say, 64 gigabytes, you can probably spare 4gb to function as RAM.

This may vary somewhat by manufacturer. You can search within SETTINGS for "RAM" if you can't find it easily. Individual manufacturers like Motorola, Samsung, etc., have their own customized versions of Android which will vary from one to another. Some features on one brand of phone might not be available on other brands.

BTW: If you have trouble finding shit on your phone, see if you have an app called "FILES" or "MY FILES". Navigating the file system is sometimes easier for finding specific items.

It's alright man, that is not a measure of intelligence. Don't be down on yourself or look negatively at it. If your not tec savy, the entire concept is hard to grasp. If it bothers you, YouTube search "Android/Apple Phone Introductory How To Work My Phone: Basics". Even school isn't a measure of intelligence it's your strength in capacity to memorize things for a later time and jot them down

WOW... This is the worst I have ever done, I posted also the wrong link for the phone..

Everytime I reread a part I find something else flawed. That is my call to put my phone down and go to sleep.. A Winner is Loser that tried one more time, and you have to learn to lose in order to understand what winning means. I lost this one but next one I'm coming back a WEEEENER. goodnight

I remember getting a Ubuntu CD on the front of a magazine 20 years ago that was my start with Linux. At this point I'm compiling web servers in my sleep.
Confirming that you are indeed as old as dirt, as am I.

I didn't become fully aware of Linux until around 2008-ish when little green cartoon Androids starting popping up randomly in trade journals and even a few PC games. No context or anything. It wasn't until the Android operating system launched and I saw that logo again that I made the connection.

People today have no clue how very.much of modern tech is Android/Linux. From what I understand, nearly all smart TV's and even things like smart thermostats and refrigerators are running Linux/Android.
