Backstory

A 23-year-old man was killed during a robbery on the night of Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Caruaru, Pernambuco. He was walking down the street when two criminals approached him to announce the robbery.

Images released by the Agreste Homicide Division show the moment the assailants approached the victim. The young man reacted, and one of the criminals struck him with a knife. After the attack, the pair fled quickly, leaving the young man seriously injured. He did not survive.

According to the police, the same suspects may be involved in other robberies reported in the city that same night. Teams are continuing to investigate to identify and capture those responsible.
