Watching Halloween III: Season of the Witch 🧙‍♀️

I personally didnt like that movie but thats just me..

It’s not the best but I’m halfway through so I’ll finish it. I like the concept of the Halloween masks being death masks. The movie is based on a tired trope though the whole, on this date everyone will die unless we stop the madman thing.

I once saw a man in a film that looked nothing like a man in another film
Busting my balls again dolly really 😉

I quite like it, something a bit different than the rest of the hallowe’en movies.
I love campy sci fi and horror so it’s fine to me. I read that John Carpenter wanted to do a horror anthology with all different stuff, but the original Michael Myers concept just took off and the public would have anything else. If yo I want a good horror anthology Creepshow and the sequel is where it’s at movie wise.

I am watching this next:

It’s one of those movies that has a significantly higher public rating on rotten tomatoes. Anyone seen it?

The Amicus produced horror anthologys are good.
Have you seen that Tales from the Crypt movie?

View attachment 720243This was the better usually on at Halloween film on the telly that I remember.
And yes it's that ROYCASTLE.
I knew there was something cool about you Jessica. I’ve got the restored and colorized House of Wax that I’m going to watch for the first time. I like the Hammer Films horror, the British actors involved and it’s been on my to watch list. Have you seen the film, no spoilers if you have?:

I’ve never watched that show so it’s new to me

Yes, that’s a good one.
The Torture Garden is also good.
How do I keep watch on thread after I posted it. People are posting on my Halloween threads and others and I like to reply to the people.

What is typical tales from the crypt? What do you mean when you say that?

I looked up that movie. It’s from 1967 and I love the 60s anything. Id give my left nut to go to 1966 San Francisco and enjoy that loveliness but I tried to torrent it, I mean, download it completely legally but there are no good torrents with seeds. Id watch it but 😅

Was an underrated film imo but shouldn't have been part of the Halloween trilogy
trilogy means three works. The Halloween FRANCHISE which I think is what you meant is underrated. If you look at all those movies on rotten tomatoes you wont find any that is above 50 percent. The only one that does is the original. It’s a cult film franchise like this site is a cult site. It’s for maybe awkward maybe weird humans that enjoy the macabre. Not because we love death but because we accept it and celebrate it in art, aka the horror genre. Happy Halloween anyway

Halloween 3 is mediocre. It’s fun and if you like camp horror then roll a joint and watch it. The Takes Fron the Crypt was amazing, the practical effects made me cum in my pants. I dig the absurd. Watched the original HitchCOCK Psycho. That actor whoever he is plays the best creepy serial killer guy I’ve ever seen. He’s in the sequel Psycho II and he is doing an equally great job. If you liked Psycho then you will like the sequel. Again this actor is unbelievable
