Indian National Woman Buried Under Pathway Tiles
23.08.2024 - A 48-year-old Indian woman was buried in a hole about eight meters in Jalan Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur due to a landslide. The incident happened in front of Malayan Masion, Jalan Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur and was reported to the fire department at about 8.30 this morning. Rescue operations are still underway. "Storm Unit (Malaysian Special Operations, Tactical and Rescue Team) and Detection Unit (K9) are at the scene of the incident. The operation team was deployed from the Titiwangsa fire station as well as help from the Hang Tuah fire station with a strength of 15 members as first aid providers.
"Further information will be updated from time to time," said operations commander Senior Assistant Fire Chief Mohamad Riduan Akhyar in a statement
