Try creating your own trainer...a simple program to use for beginners is AC Tool...There is lots of info online how to script it...very good for beginners who don't know C++ yet. You can also use AutoIt but that is a little more complicated. If you need help scripting, you can use this as an example. Its a script i wrote for 12Sky2.
Just a simple auto pill.
Now you can take this further by adding in attack keys and whatever else you wanted. This program is also great for making auto clickers, and automated scripts which can piss ppl off if used in chat rooms...also some other good things but i wont mention them...be creative...
