The voice actor for Three Dog got permission from Bethesda to tweet vague hints about Fallout 4. That's sufficient confirmation in itself—because he has tweeted hints, and if he hadn't gotten permission, Zenimax Media probably would have slam-dunked the guy's entire bank account into their Scrooge McDuck treasure vault.
A user on Reddit who claimed to possibly be an MIT employee also claimed that Bethesda was scouting around Boston and has strong connections to MIT.
