games What Game Are You Currently Playing?

Tried that Alien Isolation game, that was boring as fuuuuuck. Trying Evil Within now and it's somewhat better. I think I may have simply lost my taste for "scary" games. That or they've all begun to suck.

What difficulty level are you playing Evil Within? That was a really challenging, but very fun game in my opinion.

I'm not sure, so probably whatever it starts on... normal? Trying to wrap my head around the whole match concept, whether it's important or not. Just seems like more tedious item management. I'm only an hour or two in so...

By far inventory is one of the biggest challenges. Make sure you disarm every trap, collect every part, every bottle of the green gel and upgrade whenever possible. It's time consuming but it's worth it - you'll definitely need it later.

Yeah, I usually play collectathons so I'm not too perturbed, but just as in A:R your inventory space is sooo limited. Figure I'll try and upgrade that stuff asap.

I got to play SVEN COOP again, it's a mod that you lets play with friends on various Half Life games and mods.

I joined a server and it was basically like reliving a G-Man Squad episode. When you think of COOP game play you think of 4 players but in SVEN COOP you can play up to 32 players!

Image trying to go through the first levels of Half Life 1 with 31 more players trying to jump through the obstacles and not trying to kill each other by going through the landmines. :D:D

I lost my common interest almost completely. 5 -10 years ago, I bought 'every' game I possibly would like, today I'm playing the same 5 games again (in MP). All this DLC marketing shit and these 'Holywood' stories are not my thing anymore, I like the mil sims in a 'reality' mode most.
Story? Go to point B, don't get killed and kill the enemies, which try to stop you.

I want to get XCOM2 but I'm gonna wait until steam has a sale in 6 months or whatever, it's getting a lot of shit reviews on steam when compared to how well the first one worked. Turn timers? get fucked.

I just ordered a new CPU and Mobo. This will be the first time I upgrade them since I bought them in 2012.

A long time ago in this thread, I was complaining about my monitor losing connection on certain games when I play them, when I called customer support of NVIDIA regarding it, they told me that it was my motherboard (Keep in mind, I even showed them my DxDiag and my NVIDIA GPU info) and that I had to upgrade the BIOs because of my upgrade to Windows 10.

When I went to the NEWEGG profile of my motherboard, it turns out that they no longer make them and the manufacturer that creates my mobo website leads me to no where.

Also why I'm upgrading my CPU as well is because my old CPU won't fit in the new MOBO, so yeah.
