Prices seem a bit higher then here. Just saw for a similar event you'd pay 50 - 70 €, but Hamburg has prices up to 94 € too.

Yes a lot of people collect them. This one is a premature baby so she's smaller than the normal newborn size. There's also a lot of crazy bitches that pretend they are real babies. They are called reborn baby dolls. They aim to make them as realistic as possible. My daughter wanted one and is trying to talk me into helping her start making them. I might end up doing it because if you are able to do a good job they sell between $150 up to $8,000 +.
