Low powered BBs are free at 18, soft-air at 14 years here. But they invented a license for carrying guns which fire blank cartridges years ago, that was new.
For someone with a clean background, it's quite easy to buy guns here though. The next shooting sports club is glad to help you if you become a regular member and for more weapons at home you always can register a 'historical collection'. Only carrying your stuff outside isn't easy to get a license for.
