You can't get a license plate here without paperwork from the insurance.

I thought of real damage, not the car. You lost control and crashed into a fuel station, 6 people got burnt badly. For example.
Nobody can pay for the costs of the treatment in a hospital and the rest of the material damage.

Healthy care in brazo is free to all people. Governament pay hospital treatment to 6 guys.
I drive during 24 years. And i have only one damage with a crazy motorcycle. Rich people have insurance.

125cc, the smaller mopeds 50 or 80 ccm need registration and insurance too. Only the motorized bicycles need no registration but they have a small insurance plate though.
