What is the last thing you bought for yourself?

i used to use those squeeze grips. ill use clay or an egg. after a while,i felt like those were hurting my knuckles. but i still use them from time to time.
Yeah man , I have weight bench , curling bar , dumbbells and a 55lb blacksmith anvil I fuck with and my arms looking like some chicken drumsticks cause I ain't got nothing for my paws.

This ought fix that right up doh.

Of course the parts will wear out on 40 year old bikes, especially the rubber items and they will need replacing but once that is done you only have to ride them and service them once a year. It'll be the same in 40 years with these darned new fangled contraptions that don't even have carbs but they do have more little black boxes than a space shuttle, good luck fixing one of them at the side of the road.
At the moment the only Kwak I have is a 91 750 Zephyr. Your friend was right, you need a Zed in your life.

Name any vehicle that dont need work if you use it
My 11' DR650SE didn't need nothing but oil and a valve adjustment I did myself. That thing just ran and ran and just needed gas oil and tires.

This was same bike I had. Gas oil tires in that order

My BSA B40, I owned it for ten years, I rode it every single day. It was an ex Civil Defence Corps Dispatch riders bike and was made to deliver messages in the event of a nuclear war in the 60's. It was fucking indestructible! Ok, so I serviced it and the chain snapped once but that was about it, not what I'd really call work.
