That is a very good and important question. I usually spend time with “the fat one” before because it puts you in the zone to play a bit more ruthlessly. Sometimes if I come across an NPC that’s hot, that usually gives me a stiffy so I’ll pause and sort it out.
On the odd occasion if no one’s home I’ll get my dick out while I’m playing just to give my “master sword” some air plus easy access if I get a hard on. One time my brother walked in without knocking so I had to scramble to put it away. He’s seen my dick before so I wasn’t too worried, but it’s always best to make sure no one’s home before trying that.

P.s, video games are meant to be fun and awesome but having your dick out while playing adds to the experience.
