That's a good price compared with here. My moped insecurance is already 250 €/year and a car (small Ford Fiesta f.e.) would be 600 - 800 € average. Plus taxes. Big automobil club ADAC 85 €, but they're very good and helpful.

damn, thats outrageous. here they take your record into consideration. mine is nearly flawless. no claims, no wrecks, no dui, the 1 ticket i got last year was dismissed through a one day driving class. i dunno how i lived without the roadside assistance and free tows to this point.

They consider a lot in calculation as well here, how long do you have your license; how old is/how much HP has your car; where is it parked during the night; how much miles do you plan to drive; private driving or business; of course your record; etc. Five pages full of questions...

same here. how old ya are. the type of vehicle,age of it and milage. even the colour. a red vehicle costs more,because they're the most common stolen coloured vehicles. area in which you live in too (the kind of neighbourhood). its ridiculous. forget driving record! I'm lucky to still have insurance. let alone a license!

i have my own policy,because its cheaper hat way. believe it or not. if my wife and i had one policy,it would cost us more.ive had my license suspended twice. next time,they pull it. for good.... last time it cost me near 600 usd to get it back and thats for not having it for about a year and a half!
