not as much as youd think (unless it was JUST changed in jan 2026) you can buy them, own them, transport them, just cant shoot them for some weird reason, like i get not being allowed to blast them outdoors (since my god so many people are idiots and dont realize shooting fire into a massive field of fire hazards is a bad idea) but you cant even use them at indoor ranges (legally, not due to them not wanting it to mess the place up, which is understandable)
