just got back from a friends tells me she has a presentation for my youngest (early bday present) she got these in Germany in 84 when stationed there . She traded for them. Makes me feel so happy that she thinks so much if him to give these to him .

I don't believe it's an official emblem from the modern Bundeswehr, but they have kept a lot of signs from regiments back then for traditional reasons, available i.e. in the barracks canteen/shop as souvenirs for the soldiers.
