What made you smile/happy today ?

I found a 'spin ball' years ago, a plastic ball with a rotatable weight of half a pound inside. When you speed up this weight to over 10000 rpm you have to overcome 30 lbs to move your hand or arm against the gyro effect. Speeding up is a bit tricky just by hand, I used a Dremel for starting but could maintain the rotation manually.

I had one that was purchased at a thrift shop. It had a base that was also a motor for making the weight spin. I kept it for months then donated it to another thrift shop.
