Looking back from my 57 years now I can definitely say I wasn't right in my head at this time. But I know people who are very mature at this age too, mostly women.

So this will just reveal me as the asshole I am..
We've been laying concrete and doing a bunch of block work for a few days now here, building up some foundations for an extension to "the main building" (the only building). Anyway Stephen (landowners grandson) came down from Wales to do this with me as the guys here are workshy communists.. (we had a great argument the other day.. me Vs ken, AJ and langarren.. fucking anarcho-communists, grr, but anyway)
So Stephen being Welsh has been working in sandals.. like a div.
Anyway earlier today
He dropped a concrete block on his toe and dug his heel into a piece of slate
