What made you smile/happy today ?

A little girl named Drea I used to watch, from about age 3-almost 5, before she moved to NY, turned 6 today. I wished her a Happy Birthday and left a pic of us on the FB her Momma set up for her.

I see a status from her mom saying, "That was the longest half hour of my life. lmao! Drea wrote on her page and to a few people and it took forever, but hey she did it herself i just helped her with some of the spelling and the words she couldn't read."

And sure enough she said to me "I love you and miss you too"

Waking up, there wasn't that much snow, now there is a lot of snow. We're supposed to get at LEAST two feet of snow and Boston's supposed to get FIVE FEET OF SNOW. Anyways, opening my fridge and realizing I didn't drink as much beer last night as I did, made me smile. Nothing to do in a snow storm like this when you lose power..just drink LOL
