My friend sent me this with the tag saying, she cant wait till we can go ride horses. Its been the worst few months since I havent even been aloud to walk into a barn as per Dr orders. and thats how they told me I was signed off to work again after the surgery. "You are now aloud to go on trail rides, just get a push button horse and not the one that hasnt been ridden in the past 6 months."

What's a push button horse?

One that is either overly trained, getting really old or that is mellow and such an old hand nothing phases them.
And before you ask, there is a huge difference between old horse and old hand.
Old: geriatric and thrown in the pasture for semi-retirement and the go to beginner horse in lessons
Old Hand: one that has a large amount of miles under saddle and travels to shows rodeos and other like places

My 11 month old son has been super lovey today, hugging and giving me kisses all morning. Although, his kisses consist of pooling drool in my eye and ear from his gaping mouth, but I know it's just his way of letting me know I'm an awesome mom, and he loves me so much. At least, that's what I tell myself.
