I'm looking for a photo editor that's a simple as possible to use (I'm talking noob level basic) preferably one that works on mobile, any suggestions are welcome

Photopea is free and very easy to use.

I believe FentanylFloyd was looking for an android app. Photopea is only available in a web browser.

Can’t help you there as i am used to edit on the Computer. I also have Photoshop on my Iphone for backup.. (I do not know if that application is on Android.)
