BBQ ribs last night. First go of it and they were delicious . might not be pretty but yymm

Already posted this in the cooking group but whatev.

Cobia filet and scallops. Made sofrito to go on top of the fish with capers and pine nuts on the side. Roasted shishito peppers. Salad is arugula, scallions, English cucumber, heirloom cherry tomatoes. Still have some fish, scallops, and sofrito, will probably make the same thing for dinner later.
