Currently slow cooking a sort of garlic sausage/kielbasa goulash. Dead simple and goddamned tasty....as an added bonus with all the garlic & onions my house smells like a Hungarian's asshole.

Will try to remember to take a picture of it tonight.

Its one of my favorite crock pot/slow cooker meals. Most difficult thing is the pealing & cutting. Other than that its just letting it simmer for a couple of hours.

Now a piece of cherry pie.

I bought a toaster oven that claims to also be an air fryer, although it just seems like a convection oven. I think the purpose built air fryers are better at their job.

I love my instant pot, damn thing his brilliant.

Instant pot is the best thing ever I have 2 of them . made peppers and sausage last night in it.

I had a salad, a very big loaded salad. With Zesty Italian dressing and those crunchy onions on top. Love the crunchy onions.
