As a kid Mom tried everything to get us to eat it. Lightly cooked, breaded like schnitzel, soaked, not soaked, its all disgusting IMO.

My dad used to make it it was always like eating a powder patty lol

Pork or beef. Never had veal. LOVE cucumber salad, potato salad, macaroni salad.

There was this place in Milwaukee I used to go to all the time that had a plate called the Koslov-(UKRAINIAN KOVBASA PORK SAUSAGE) with carrot kraut / pickled red onion / dill sour cream and the Duck BLT- (DUCK + BACON + SUNDRIED TOMATO) shredded lettuce / hollandaise aioli..... Orgasmic

Cucumber with garlic, olive oil & apple cider vinegar is yummy. If you can try to find veal, they're usually quite mild and are tasty.
