Any particular favorite? e.g. veal (the ones that are almost white) or pork/beef brats? Sides? potato salad, cucumber salad, etc.
Pork or beef. Never had veal. LOVE cucumber salad, potato salad, macaroni salad.

There was this place in Milwaukee I used to go to all the time that had a plate called the Koslov-(UKRAINIAN KOVBASA PORK SAUSAGE) with carrot kraut / pickled red onion / dill sour cream and the Duck BLT- (DUCK + BACON + SUNDRIED TOMATO) shredded lettuce / hollandaise aioli..... Orgasmic

Cucumber with garlic, olive oil & apple cider vinegar is yummy. If you can try to find veal, they're usually quite mild and are tasty.

The Koslov sounds amazing!
