Why is there too many banned users

Tonight I will post a photo and I'll try to remember, normal cow steak bought from the butcher, as the pasta you'll love it if you are into eggplants, I add mint becouse it enriches the flavour and I bet you know, when simmering the sauce i add a little spoon of sugar to balance the acidity and then I smack the mint and throw it in, it works with swordfish pasta too, even salmon if you like to balance the salmon taste as well
As for the steak I just do as everyone does, tyme and garlic after searing the steak on the fat side and then I put the butter, take out the steak and heat up the garlic for a minute then I add the steak and as everyone does I cook the steak adding after the heaten and gently pressed peeled garlic and tyme
I haven't had steak for ages not since the local butcher closed I won't get it from the supermarket because it's crap nearest place would be the market in city center and parking is a nightmare.

Go on foot, I dunno what can go wrong (I'm not ironic, in this time of age everyplace is a ticking time bomb) but still your body needs it and you owe it to yourself here in rome we still have some trustworthy buthers but I heard in the south a lot were found selling whole ass cadavers grinded to be minced meat and steak arriving to cost as high as 25 euro, even supermarkets do that too that's why I don't buy from there anymore, I haven't eaten a hotdog since forever now and as the prices go up it's starting to become more reasonable to sell meat that would be bad for consumption.
We gotta prepare becouse as prices go up people go mad and less stable as the world crumble into incertanty...
i dunno why I went there hahahah, back to the point, go and threat yourself we are what we eat.

In the supermarket a steak old as 2 weeks (we gotta import for some reason while selling at a cheaper price to israel) costs 25/30 while we sell it for 12, I get a steak for 6 at the moment becouse it's local but soon local will be illegal thanks to the clima change propaganda

I haven't posted here for yonks but I'm on the 3rd day of thai week

1st lot are thai red curry with flatbread and rice (I should have served the curry separately in a bowl as it was quite liquid)

Then we had
Salmon noodle soup with Thai chicken cakes and sweet chilli dip
(I wasn't a huge fan of the soup but it went down well)

And tonight was fish and pak choi parcels (with loads of goodies mixed in) and a shredded chicken and mango salad..

The salad
Was absolutely super...

Anyway...
I have like 100 missed days worth of food pics that should have been posted here, I just... fell off..

Home made chicken soup - 2nd dish: fried onion and tempeh - dessert: diced orange sprinkled with pomegranate syrup .
Never heard of tempeh until now, so I Googled it. Fried onions are delicious and the tempeh is intriguing. I found some on Amazon, but I have no idea which brands would work for your recipe. Would you mind sharing the brand of tempeh if it's store bought? Is there any sort of recipe or steps for preparation?
