Pic doesn't look like much, but I'm slinging plates here.
Seared porkchops, tricked out stuffing.. baked.
Red mashed taters.. sea salt, parma... baked.
Fresh green beans, blanched and stir fried with lemon.
And apple sauce...

long as it tasted good that's all that matters.I tried that too and made sandwiches. The market had an 'American week', was very tasty even it was prepared in the cooler and not freshly made.
Just had stir fry, Carrot, onion, pak choi, red pepper, noodles, salmon, stir fried with a Thai coconut, lime, chilli lemongrass sauce, sesame seeds.
