4 spring onions, diced.. thrown in pan with oil, low heat.. tenderise noice.. shove in chopped garlic, courgette, diced.. thrown in, two green chillies.. diced, thrown in, 3 potatoes, diced.. thrown in.. little sesame oil, throw it in. Turn the heat up, shove in some Italian herbs, mix n fry lightly, soften that shit like a leftist bonnet..
Add a bit of water, not too much, not too little.. hit that golden spot..
Lightly boil, mix, mix and mix..
Throw in some ginger, crushed (I diced it)..
Get saucepan, add egg noodles to boiling water, 2mins.. drain hard.
Shove them into the greenish mess in your frying pan. Stir something fierce

Fucking wonderful! Could have done with a bit of pork.. but damn it was Hella good

(Not sure what you'd call that dish.. green improvised noodles, bangers)

Previous night..
Actually I made a Bolognese previous night, scrap that.
Night before that..

Brazed chicken in a tomato and white wine sauce...
Night before that
Brazed rabbit in a lemon/thyme gravy with boiled potatoes and carrots.. luuuurvely..
Get prepped rabbit bits, fry till lightly browned, remove from pan, keep warm.
Shove 4 garlic cloves and one onion into the pan you cooked the meat in, saute. Add thyme, veg stock, a bay leaf and black pepper, return rabbit to pan, cover n simmer till tender.
Remove rabbit to plate...
Throw a little flour, bit of lemon juice and a tiny bit more veg stock into the pan, mix till smooth (meanwhile do veg, put it on plate with meat)
Pour that stuff on it (would be a tad better without the lemon personally but still great)
Pukka!
:D

Sounds good

Someone baked me bread today so figured I'd have toast aha.. but nah I'm too much of a pig for just toast. So, today's recipe (should I stop saying before it becomes a habit?)
Garlic, tiny bit of ginger and a red chilli in pan with oil, fried at a low heat, cut up 1 stick of celery and 2 carrots, threw them in (adding, as fucking always unless making curries "Italian herbs" with some black pepper) let it soften up. Diced two big tomatoes, threw them in, let it all mush together a tad.
Nice mega thick slice of bread (the loafs they make are massive so it basically covered a large plate) toasted.
Threw the "stuff" from the pan on top of the toast..
Was actually surprisingly good..
But not enough
Gunna have to make it again in a minute v.v
