Well I will say plain old spag Bol but started this at 6:30 this morning minced up onion celery carrot and garlic fried off for ages then steak mince browned mushrooms tomatoes stock etc and simmered for about 4 hours. Was up and down ladders today trying to sort a leak on bedroom window this was very nice when I got it.
