Would eat, but not the spam, never had it in my life til last year and a friend insisted I try a spam fritter from the chippy. One bit through the cripsy batter I felt the rubber sensation of spam, chewing it tasted like eating a well spunked in diabetics condom. I retched. never again.

Wanted an easy tea tonight bit cooked out to be honest but .fancied chips because not had them in ages so there was chicken in it’s chicken and chips.

Been out for lunch today, 4 rather delicious courses
starter was cheese and leek welsh cake, poached egg, watercress puree, smoked potato mousse, white truffles, and a cheese and charcoal shard
Fish course squid ink bao buns sea bass tata , kohlrabi tagliatelle, buttermilk and dill dressing, torched sea bass , cashew crumble
main belly pork artichoke puree, caramalised beetroot, quince jelly, pear with pink champagne vinegar pickled radish, apple puree, pork crackling ,
dessert was saffron custard in a gold covered tempered chocolate sphere, nectarine sorbet, puffed wild rice, compressed mango, peach yellow grapes and golden tea soaked raisins.
