The massive plates are misleading. I was stuffed . It was very reasonable because I actually cooked most of it myself. I've been having fine dining lessons, small class of 6. Good thing is after the class we get to eat it and drink wine. Pics attached making the dough for bao buns and making the pear/radish . The tempered chocolate for the spheres was a right cunt has to be exactly 40 – 45° .
