Made some queso manchego (sheep milk cheese) sandwiches with a great sort of bread fresh from the bakery. That's enough.

(Funnily it's the same sort of bread you get in prison here.)

I have no fixed time to eat, I do eat a bit when hungry and since I'm not working physically anymore I have no more hot breakfasts (like bacon/eggs/sausage). I can eat that only early in the morning when about to burn calories a lot.

Yep, there's a good Korean and some Italian restaurants here in the city area which deliver at home or have meals 'to go'. (Plus 9000 pizzerias, döner kebab bars...)

Not to forget in many normal German pubs there is a restaurant included, they're cooking mostly standard meals from the region or traditionally stuff like mussels now in autumn.
Other pubs have only 'bifi-salamis' or 'cheese on a stick'
