Saw this being done by some woman cook on tv and tweaked it a bit,it’s basically a different take on lasagne.

Forgot to mention the woman on the tv made the pasta thing in a springform tin and when she released it she cut it up like a cake but I don’t do baking and don’t have a springform tin.
Think i have seen that done before on some cooking show, it looked insane!!!

That looks the part H, I usually thread it on metal skewers and grill it, last night I got a case of the lazy so I heated up a large frying pan with about a tablespoon of vegetable oil, then I dropped individual lumps of chicken in the pan, flipped them after a couple of minutes on to each side until they were getting dark around the edges then turned the pan down while I sorted the naan breads. I kept flipping the chicken while doing other stuff so as it didn't burn, then put it on the naan's when everything was ready. The chicken was more tender than if it was grilled so I think I'll stick to the pan method in future. Did you make your own Tandoori Masala?
