I marinaded some Chinese Char Siu pork yesterday ready for today, roasted and it smelled yummy.

Added to mushrooms, onions, spring onions, peppers and stuff it was bloody lovely!

Yes Graz, my wife is a very good cook but I cooked the Char Siu pork, I cook all of the spicy food and my wife cooks all of the "British" food.

Last night had a beef Madras earlier made a stack of chapatis and froze a lot of them,at the last part of cooking decided to throw some paneer and a few mushrooms in,was very nice.
