Was off work yesterday so I made a huge pot of sausage and chicken gumbo. Did t take any pics cause there's some in this thread if it already from last time I made it. Planned on having left overs for dinner tonight but they ate it all .

A short rice/chicken snack from the microwave, it's packed in exactly the same quadratic aluminum bowl like this cat food 'Sheba', just double the size. 
I had hot dogs top with coleslaw and skinned french fries with sea salt and malt vinegar

Tonight I made brown sugar meatloaf and smashed taters, tomorrow I'm making a huge pot of gravy with sausage and meatballs cause Monday I have to make all the eggplant and finish the baking for xmas eve.
Fridays chicken curry was really good we said the sauce would have a little something extra if it was beef instead so it had to be curry two nights on the bounce.

Yes it’s my fave pal wifey is on about me doing her her favourite a king prawn and chicken Korma for Christmas dinner.
See! Christmas dinner shouldn't be about a roast.. I would enjoy a kebab instead. Enjoy ya Korma!!

mince, onions, garlic, mushrooms, carrots , mixed herbs, salt, pepper and ill make mashed tots to go with it...
