I don't eat chicken...worked in a chicken factory when I first finished school. If you saw what I saw, you wouldn't eat chicken either...
Make sure u use eggs instead moistening the chicken. Makes all the difference 👍🏻

Fun Fact: the packets from that scalloped potato box is worth the 2 bucks.
Here's why... you save it, use it wisely, it's a gem. The potato part, boil by themselves, use as needed.
It's mostly salt if your selves are lacking, with a kicker of other flavors and has a thickening agent.
Can also be used for a stock pot. Add to a small amount of water( or oil, vinegar, bacon grease) in a ziploc, marinade.
Dry rub...
Seasoning, quick as you please for cheap.
That applies to any prepackaged seasoning, even frozen.
Stretch that dollar.

baked pork chop seasoned sauerkraut some apple sauce , Italian bread and for fun some tater tots ...haven't made them in awhile ...a glass of Beaujolais...not bad...I added "rogers rustic " brand of sauce ...Sunset Heat ...while they were resting
