Chicken tacos

People are obsessed with Tacos. Burritos are larger and hold more. I never understood the Taco love. Living in Texas, people here are obsessed with that shit, also Tex-Mex which is horrible.

If you want decent Mexican, you need to go to California, Arizona or New Mexico.......

That rice looks good! There's these little packets of sultanas & apricots for kids, they go well in rice like this.

Been at the ribs again, these got a Kansas City type rub & sauce later, it's my new fav sauce. Cooked 2hrs, wrapped in foil w/apple juice for 2 hrs & 30 mins coated in sauce.

tonight was Panko coated chicken marinated in honey Dijon mustard and a taste of a medium bodied red wine , parmesan cheese sprinkled on top after taking it out of the oven.Brussel sprouts in butter and baby red potatoes seasoned with rosemary , pepper and butter.

Sausages, mash, Yorkshire pudding, green beans, onions.. "pan gravy... As I didn't have any stock or granules, just sorta made a roux with what was left from the sausages and onions, some flour, butter, parsley n sage later, a kinda gravy, actually was alright"
