Corned beef brisket

Wow that is really weird,I was going to do a curry yesterday when the phone rang,it was my son he says I’ve got a huge piece of brisket from an internet butchers and it’s been in brine and spices for 5 days and I’m going to slow cook it on the BBQ,it’s a Hairy Bikers recipe called corned beef brisket,I will bring you half of it down later. All I had to do was some spuds and veg and knock up some onion gravy,it was very nice indeed.

Edit I sent him an email and I got a couple of things wrong,it was in the brine and spices 8 days apparently and was slow cooked on the hob in a sort of stock pics below.

had my brother over for a bite and some wine...had fun
big homemade burgers , sharp American cheese , tomato slices , fresh onion , sautee'd portabella shrooms on the side , green beans and a fruit bowl self serve the wine my bro brought was pretty good "Apothic" red blend.
