It's a mix of sausage, cheese, tomato and other things. Always with bread and pretzels. Ham and eggs are possible too, it depends where you order it or who made it.
When looking for the picture I saw something similar from Sweden, called Smorging. Looked good too.

tossed salad (meh, finally a decent quantity tho.....they’re stingy with the greens around here)....main was actually the quite good, corn was tasty, the “scallop” potatoes weren’t bad and the ham was yummy. Dessert was tiramisu and again, tasty (I should have ordered two). Drink selection sucks donkey balls. Coffee, tea, milk, water....seriously, not even ginger ale.

Generally the food here has sucked compared to my previous digs. Not as tasty, smaller quantities and zero options to customize. Need to talk to the “warden “ about that.

Had a very lovely aunt bring me an early Christmas dinner. BEST meal I've had in a long long time.

Wedge salad w/blue cheese (forgot to take a before picture), ground sirloin steak with lots of onions and mushroom sauce and a chocolate gateau. No room for the cake at the moment, bedtime snack.

Leg 'o lamb, stabbed & stuffed with garlic & rosemary twigs, covered in beef & game from the pit barrel company & seriously, I've never tasted anything so YUMMO!
