What's on the menu tonight?

As its too cold here to go in my shed I thought I'd pass a bit of time in the kitchen.
I knocked up a fresh batch of Tandoori powder, so much easier now that I bought an electric spice grinder, the pestle and mortar was ok but it used to take half a day and give me some right wanking blisters.
I skinned and scored to the bone a kilo of chicken leg quarters, mixed the Tandoori powder with some full fat Greek yogurt and rubbed it right into the chicken, I usually use fat free yogurt but thought I'd try the fat stuff for a change. It is marinading in the fridge until Saturday night, should send the chicken red after that amount of time, it will be served on Garlic & Coriander shop bought naan bread with salad and a variety of sauces.
Next up was a huge pan of meaty chilli, this will be for tomorrow as chilli always tastes best when its been allowed to fester in the pan for a day or two, served with either fat crispy chips or boiled rice, maybe both if I'm in a fat bastard mood.
Tonight's slops is homemade pizza on shop bought Garlic & Coriander naan bread bases. The sauce has been reducing for an hour and is just about there. The toppings will consist of mushrooms, ham, mushrooms, onions, mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn, mushrooms, vine tomatoes, cheddar, mozzarella and finally, mushrooms. Did I mention mushrooms? I'll probably put some mushrooms on as well.

Couldn't be arsed to cook tonite so just a vegan burger, with some garnish and rice 🍚
