Left over pizzas. Chicken tikka and chicken and pineapple. Reheated takeaway chips are disgusting I have found out. I also have donner kebab to reheat.
I dieted way too fast and made myself ill. I'm now going to eat regularly but less than normal so I can slowly lose weight.
Which is too much information and I apologise.

salad:
-mesclun greens with a balsamic sesame vinaigrette

main:
-creamed spinach (used the Gotham recipe)
-mac & cheese (also from Gotham)
-lemon/garlic cremini mushrooms
-BBQ'd ribeye steak (seasoned with Stubb's beef rub) and finished with a blue cheese crumble

Was going for medium/rare but was overdone to medium

not show an empty bottle of ok'ish bottle of Tinhorn Creek pinot gris (I'm a little tipsy)
