Spinach salad with lemon and oliveoil dressing, pinenuts, grana padano, lemon peel and veal.

Watermelon salad with greek feta, pinenuts, red onions and mint.

Got a chicken king prawn and mushroom curry bubbling away it’s quite spicy and tomato based so I’m calling it a Madras will try for pics later if I remember.

Will have the real pasta Alfredo....no cream, no chicken, no garlic. Just butter, hard cheese and pasta water...will be blasfemic tho and not use fettuccine.

Madras and rice was lovely I had a first time go at making samosa’s they were ok but I found them fiddly to do and honestly not really worth the effort so I won’t be making those again.
